Wheeee! The Storm. And a real storm warning is crawling across my TV screen which is just cracking me up because oh the timing. Soooo, The Storm. Staring Dawson, Dylan McKay, and Asst. D.A. Dan Fielding. Aaaaaaaand LesBianca! Fortunately, I'm already buzzed from playing the Sarah Palin Quitstock Drinking Game. Let's go! \o/

Previously on "It Came From Outer Space" -- BOOM BOOM BOOM. Comet hits asteroid, asteroid bits hit Earth, missiles hit big chunk of asteroid. And a lot of boring characters that I don't give two shits about. They killed Doc Brown, the bastards!

So. It's over, we're safe, let's go home. No, there's still two hours of this crap left, ( and I ain't heard no fat lady singing yet. )

OK, Meteor wasn't as easy to snark because unlike Impact, they actually did some research. Which is not to say it's a masterpiece of science and imagination, because...it's not. But they did at least look up an actual asteroid (Kassandra) and refer to her actual size (60 miles across). I'll give 'em props for that ( Read more... )

So, Sunday night was part one of Impact. Oh. My. God. The pain, the pain.
